3. Use of social media plug-ins
3.1 We currently use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, Google+ and Xing. We use the so-called two-click solution. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the plug-ins. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the mark on the box above his initial letter or the logo. We offer you the possibility to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button. Only if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have called up the corresponding website of our online service. In the case of Facebook and Xing, the IP address is made anonymous immediately after collection, according to information provided by the respective providers in Germany. When the plug-in is activated, personal data is transferred from you to the respective plug-in provider and stored there (in case of US providers in the USA). 3.2 We have no influence on the collected data and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes of processing, the storage periods. We also do not have any information on the deletion of the collected data by the plug-in provider.
3.3 The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the customized design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) to display demand-oriented advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. 4. Integration of Google Maps
4.1 We use the Google Maps service of Google Inc. to display locations on an interactive map. This means that information about the use of our website, including your IP address, is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

5. Applicant data
5.1 You have the opportunity to apply to us for job descriptions or unsolicited applications both by post and online via bewerbung@howe-nuernberg.de. In this context, we will process the data provided by you (in particular your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address as well as any other application documents submitted by you, such as cover letters, curriculum vitae, certificates, etc.).
5.2 If your application is successful, the data provided will be used for administrative purposes within the extent of employment. If we are unable to offer you employment, we will retain the information you provide for up to six months for the purpose of answering questions relating to your application and rejection.
5.3 The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b, 88 DSGVO in conjunction with § 26 Para. 1 BDSG.
6. Data security
All information that you transmit to us is stored on servers within the European Union. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. These will be adapted to the current state of the art. In particular, your personal data will be transmitted by us in encrypted form. We use the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
